Easter!

Well I was a bit disappointed for my Easter, because I didn't get any chocolate! I was soooooooo sad. But I sucked it up, and I didn't get to color the Easter eggs either, ohhhh and I my brother and I were the youngest kids at the Easter dinner at my house. I felt so wierd, it didn't feel like Easter! We didn't do a Easter egg hunt, and we just sat around playing the wii.

How lame is that?

I hoped you had a much better Easter than I did.
umm I wore 2 different outfits for Easter so I'll be posting that later, I hope.

I've just decided to ask my mom to take my photos for my outfits, and not to get my own camera, but I will be getting one, just not any time soon.

Vending Machine Mustaches

Today, I went to Burlington with my mom to go return some stuff my mom bought. When we were in front of the counter I turned around to see this little girl with a mustache! BUT not any old mustache, it was BLONDE and she was black!

I turned to my mom and I'm like "Thats awesome!"
and she said "What?"
and I said "Vending machine mustaches!"
and this girl put in a quarter to get another one.


After, we went to a fabric store to get some fabric for my easter dress I'm going to make, it's purple with a whole bunch of little flowers on it.

And today, we're making it! I'm so excited!
I can't wait to finish it and try it on.

I think I'm going to go look for some t-strap heels tomarrow.

Flash of Lightening

Well, last night I was on google looking up some thrift stores in Fresno, because I've been noticing that I don't know any, because they're all hidden, and I'm to lazy to look for them. As I was about to go to bed I heard crackling outside(it was raining a lot today). Well, my dog, Mini was curling up to me, and I hate lightening and thunder. So I was really scared.

I couldn't go to sleep until about 2 in the morning. It was horrible, and now I'm exausted.

Well, anyways today I was talking to my Mom, about me learning how to sew, because I have yet to find myself a Easter dress. So I decided I should learn how to make one. Today we we're supposed to get me some fabric, and she was supposed to start, but that didn't happen.

While I was out today, I went to go see a movie with my brother. When we got to the movie theatre, my brother and I couldn't agree on a movie, so we rock, paper, scissored. I lost. The chick that was selling the tickets was watching us the whole time, and laughing at me, because when I lost I was mad, so I jumped up and down, and stomped my feet.

So we had to go see the Fast and the Furious 4.

Well after we saw it, we went into Borders. Guess what magazines I got.

Colored Eggs

I hope you'r all having a amazing Spring break. I sure have been. I've been thinking about Easter a lot, because I miss painting eggs. As I have done since a was a little girl, but I haven't been abale to color eggs in years, which saddens me. So, as my mother, brother, and I were driving to Burlington Coat Factory I asked, "Mom, how come we don't color eggs anymore?" She said, "I'm not sure, we just haven't."

So, I decided that this year it would be different, and we would do lots and lots of colorful eggs this Easter.





Easter is my favorite holiday, and I plan to look for the perfect pastal sundress for Easter.

Birthday

Hello, I would like to intrude myself, I'm Sydney. The reason why my blogs name is Birthday Candles is because today is my birthday and today I've decided to start a blog. I am now, as of today 14. Though I do not look it, I am. I live in California, and I love fashion.

When I get my camera, which I hope is soon, I will be taking photos of my daily wear for you, but I can't until I have enough money for it.

Well anyways, today I went to San Francisco, with my friend Siulia, and we went to Chinatown, and I bought a striped white and purple cardigan. I also went to Haight & Ashbury for some more shopping. I luckily found a pretty, pinkish/purplish dress that fits me & a floral top from H&M!

Today was a good day. I hope you liked yours, I sure liked mine!
